Kale Chips

So I'm on this new anti-inflammatory detox diet so I can't snack on my favorite Terra Chips temporarily.  Those always satisfied my craving for something salty.  I needed to find a substitute.  Meet Kale Chips.  It's exactly what it sounds like and they're extremely addicting and delicious.
Kale Chips (1-2 servings)
1 bunch of Kale
Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Preheat oven to 350°.  Wash and dry Kale thoroughly.  Remove the leaves from the stem and tear leaves into pieces.  Try to get them about 3-4" because they do shrink up in the oven.  Place leaves in a bowl.  Drizzle some olive oil and toss.  Lay the Kale on a parchment lined baking sheet.  Sprinkle with sea salt to taste.  Place in oven for 10-12 minutes.  Enjoy.
